This class will be held on April 3 2021 at 11am US EST for approx 2.5 hours and you will receive my Italian Macaron recipe as well as my buttercream recipe! You will PRE MAKE the buttercream and we will make the macaron shells together (You will need a stand mixer, food processor, scales and infrared/candy thermometer!) while I cover off all of my favorite tips and tricks as well as answer your burning questions! Please note the time difference and this class is directed towards those in the US/Canada/UK/Europe but you are able to sign up from anywhere in the world if the time suits you!
